Returns and Refunds

An order cannot be cancelled once payment is processed by the payment gateway.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for up to 15 days from the date of purchase along with the proof of purchase for a refund or exchange. Please note, only items purchased online from this website are eligible for return or exchange.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Unless the product is faulty, the cost of posting the product will be borne by the customer.

Unless the product is faulty, the actual cost of shipping along with an administration fee of 15% will be deducted from the money that is to be refunded. Money will be refunded within 15 working days of receipt of the goods.
