Age old recipe of a popular taste, mild, with the right amount of tomatoes, hint of sugar and spices – use it to make Chicken Tikka Masala, Paneer Tikka Masala, Aloo-Mutter or Gobi Musallam. Don’t sauté this paste – just add it once you have sauted your chicken or veggies.
Serves: 2-3 portions.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 3 days of opening the pack.
Ingredients: Coriander seeds, rice, fennel, Indian garam masala, split gram, green cardamom, black cumin, star anise, mace, wheat, nutmeg powder, sugar, turmeric, onion, ginger, garlic, tomato, dried fenugreek leaves, milk powder, salt and vegetable oil.
